My fully remodeled condo is ~450 sq. ft. in size and can sleep a maximum of 6 people, as follows:

  • Bedroom: 2 adults on queen-sized bed
  • Sleeper sofa: 2 adults
  • Bunk beds: 2 people up to 5'10" tall (smaller in size than a twin bed, best for children)

My condo is equipped with:

  • Bedding and spare linens
  • Towels and spare towels (please bring your own pool and beach towels)
  • 21" TV in bedroom
  • 27" TV and DVD player in familyroom
  • 52" Ceiling fans
  • Dishwasher
  • Microwave
  • Lots of flatware, plates and glasses (load the dishwasher & hit the beach)
  • Toaster
  • Coffee machine
  • Full-sized refrigerator with freezer
  • Cookie trays
  • Pots and pans
  • Steam iron and ironing board
  • Bar stools
